Sir John Ellerman, twenty-nine-year-old master of a fortune estimated at £40,000,000, and his beautiful young wife, the former Miss Esther de Sola, will move into their magnificent new mansion home in Kensington Palace- gardens-Millionaire's-row-shortly.
