Flandin Note Creates French Sensation

A telegram from Herr Hitler to M. Pierre Flandin, the Right Wing lender, sent on October 2, caused something of a sensation when read to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber by a Socialist deputy to-day.

The message, which was in reply to one sent by M. Flandin to Herr liter, read:
