Flandin Note Creates French Sensation
Congratulations To Herr Hitler

A telegram from Herr Hitler to M. Pierre Flandin, the Right Wing lender, sent on October 2, caused something of a sensation when read to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber by a Socialist deputy to-day.
The message, which was in reply to one sent by M. Flandin to Herr liter, read:
"I sincerely thank you for the friendly congratulations you sent me und give you assurances of my grateful sentiments for the energetic efforts you are making for an entente and complete collaboration between France and Germany.
