War Checks Shanghai: Malaya Lacks Funds

Reasons for the breaking of nego- tiations for the visit of Singapore and Shanghal hockey teams to Hong- kong at Easter were given by Mr. Á. T. Falmer (Secretary) at a meeting of the Hockey Association Counell at St. Andrew's Hall yesterday.
