RESCUE Coast Guardsmen, carry, survivors of the Greek freighter Tzeeny Chandris, that sank in a storm off Caps Hatteras, ashore at Norfolk, Va., from the cutter Mendota. From parched and swollen throats the 18 survivors told of clinging to wreckage for 30 hours in a raging sea while they fought sharks that devoured bodies of other sallors already drowned and of livestock washed from the foundering ship.
