Mr. King then presented Inspector. Alexander with a beautiful radio sot with an inscription in silver rending, "Presented to Inspector C. F. Ale- xander by the Members of the Police the Recreation Club, Hongkong, on occasion of his retirement, September, 1930." Another gift took the form of batsman's wicket on the cricket Beld, made in silver, and set on a blackwood Bland. The wicket was complete with bails, n bat rusting against it, a ball and crease. The inscription read, "Presented to Alec by his team on his retirement, 1936." On the left were his Club bowling records for the years 1020, 1927, 1020 and 1934. On the right were his Club batting averages for the years 1920-3, 126, 1927 and 1930.
