Another car, driven by Mr. R. Unintues, was coming from the op- posite direction arif as the two cars were passing, the three dogs ran out and Mr. Umnuss could not avold the accident.

He could not see how such rumours and have emanated a one of the principles of the recently revised Constitution of his country Call
