Another car, driven by Mr. R. Unintues, was coming from the op- posite direction arif as the two cars were passing, the three dogs ran out and Mr. Umnuss could not avold the accident.

In an Interviu with a representa tive of the Telegraph, Mr. Vilas Ostanandas, the Sinniese Trade Com- missioner in Hongkong, said he was glad the Nanking Government had ice.ded to send a mission to his country because of the many false rumours that Chinese were being treated there. He could not see how such rumours and have emanated a one of the principles of the recently revised Constitution of his country Call
