H. K. RIFLE ASSN: BIGGEST
AMAZING GROWTH
Membership Reaches The 4,000 Mark
CLUBHOUSE PROJECT
By "Bulls-Eye."
HONGKONG has become th
Rifle-minded.
So much so, in fact, that to day it boasts the biggest rifle club in the British Empire.
At a meeting of the Council of the Association, hell this week, it was
announced that only 16 new affiliated members were required to bring the total to 4,000.
Full Membership, after 74 appien. tions had been dealt with during the meeting, stood at 276.
The Hongkong Rifle Association, when it was formed seven months ago, anticipated nothing like this membership.

FOUR QUESTIONS
to ask yourself before you troat a child's cold...
It is dangerous to experiment with children's colds. A cold, improperly treated, may lead to mastoid trouble, flu, pneumonia. Take no chances, Mother. Be- fore you use any cold-remedy, ask yourself these questions: t. Is it safat Vicks VapoRub is simply rubbed on the child's threat and chest at bedtime. There is nothing to swallow-no risk of up- setting the most delicate digestion. 2. to it quickt Vicks VapoRub starts to work the instant' it is - rubbed on. There's a warm tingle in the chest as this powerful pint- ment begins to "dmw out" tight- ness and pain. At the same time, VapoRub's medicated vapours are breathed in direct to inflamed air- passages of the note, throat, and lungs. They clear the head, case the breathing.
5. Is it affective? Vicks VapoRub
continues its powerful two-way. attack all night tong, while the patient sleeps in comfort. By
morning, almost always, the worst of the cold is over.
4. is it dependable? Vicks Vapo- Rub has been proved dependable by the best test of all...actual use by millions of mothers...for over 30 years...in 70 countries.
VapeRub is also the foundation of the new Vicks Plan for bettor Control of Cold-which has been amply proved in thousands of clinical tests under medical supervision. The Plan can help you to baro fewer colda and shorter colds in your family than ever before. will find complate information about the Vicks Plan in each package of Vicks VapoRub and of Vicks Va-tro-nol, the unique sid in preventing colds.
