Important Notice!
After careful consideration we have decided to screen
Paramount's glorious action picture.
"The LAST OUTPOST"
as our New Year attraction commencing the 1st January, 1936.
Owing to the enormous cost of production, the distributors are forced to charge us a higher rate than usual for the privilege of screening this success but wo are hoping that our action in socuring this expensive picture for the holidays will be appreciated by our patrons !
The stars in the picture area
CARY GRANT, CLAUDE RAINS, GERTRUDE MICHAEL with a supporting cast of thousands. We are warned it is no picturo for "softies" but a hard-boiled savage story of a handful of British men of stool against thousands of war-crazed tribesmon.
The prices aro as usual:—
Dress Circle $1.50, Back Stalls $1.00, Front Stalls 50c. and Upper Circle 20c. The scrooning commences to-morrow and continues daily at 2.30, 5.15, 7.20 & 9.30.
Owing to the enormous success of the picture in Shanghai we anticipate heavy bookings and 'wo would therefore suggest that our patrons take advantage of our advance booking office facilities-open daily from 10a.m. to 9.30 p.m.—— and make early reservations.
Wishing all our patrons a Happy and Prosperous New Year,
