TERRIBLE TOLL IN EXPLOSION

TWENTY PERSONS BURN TO DEATH

Chicago, Oct. 7. Twenty people, mostly young girls and mon, are believed to have been burnt to death in a fro which followed an explosion in the Glidden Soya Products Company's building, which fortunately curred during lunch-time, when the majority of the 260 employees were absent from the premises.
