The Wall Street Journal report on yesterday's market: Stocks to-day were irregular. Profit-taking caused favourite issues to decline, but rail romlecurities were upward. Slocks un the Curb Exchange were also ir regulur. Utility and mining inter were strong. Bonds were upward, led by railrond insues.
