New York, Mar. 26. -The- following reports on the--Now- York stock market have been received through Messrs. Swan, Culbertson & Fritz: The Wall Street Journal spurt on yesterday's markets states: SLocks were irregularly lower. Traders were concentrating their interest, firstly on Rubber, whieht poured more than a hundred points, due ค the International Rubber Relations Commitée having pectedly reduced the basic quota percentages, which uncovered 2012 avefuld market for rubber futures; recondly, the strength of silver, due to confited United States buying. plus-the growing belief that Con- pressional silverites will force the devaluation of the silver dollar, making silver worth $2.19 per ounce, which plan, however, was damaged due to the House having rejected the Thomas Amendment to the Work Relics D. The Belga was very week. Traiers continue to anticipate devalu- ation, plus the break-up of the Gold Hoc.
