After a second interview with Marshal Chiang Kai-shek at the Union Hospital, where the Gen- eralissimo is still undergoing phy- sical examination, Dr. Wang Chung- hut issued a statement to the press to the effect that he was extremely favourably impressed by the attitude of the Generalissime, who sincerely hoped to co-operate with other purly fendera in restoring. unity in the Kuomintang.
Dr. Wang admitted that he was offered a certain responsible post in the Central Government but had de- clined to accept it. He was resolved to return to the Hague at the end of this year.-Central New8.
