Explaining the objects for certain amendments to the law relating to Merchant Shipping contained in another BHI. which passed its first reading, the Attorney General said: The amendments to bo effected by this Ordinance AYO neconitated by, the intended exten. sion to the Colony of the Morchant Lins Shipping (Safety and Lond Conventions) Act, of 1932.
