London, July 20, The incident off the Turkish coast, in which an officer of H.M.S. Devonshire was Jant Saturday afternoon killed by rifle fire from Turkish guards, has been amfenbly settled between the two Govern- ments.
Arrangements were made with the Turkish Government, who had already expressed their regret, at the incident, for a joint funeral service, which was held to-day at the spot at which the death
