Moscow, Feb. 15, Intimate letters written by the Czar Nicholas II, to his mother, the Empress Marie Feodorovna, widow of Czar „Alexander III, have been col-
lected here.
There are about 700 of them. Some wero discovered three or four months ago in the Peterhof Palace in Leningrad.
