APPEAL FOR FUNDS.

An appeal for additional funds to save the old line of battleship. Im- placable, the only survivor of Trafal kar now, afloat, as a national monu ment and holiday training-ship for boys is made by Sir Owen Seaman on behalf of the committee, of which the Prince of Wales is patrun
