Mr. G. K. Hall Brutton, appearing for the defendant, ploaded milty to the first summons, and denied tho second, arguing there was no mention about coloration in the Ordinance about trade description.

Mr. Marton argued that even with the words. "Made in

Germany? eliminated, the trade mark would still be an infringement.
