London, Nov. 13. The kidnapping" of a naval; guard on the high acas by a trawlor, which led to a hide-and- seck dance with n. gunboat and destroyer, provided a twenty-four hour comedy for all except the Admiralty.

Two British trawlers, the Lucida and the Gwenllan were spotted.in allegedly prohibited wafers of tho Outer Hebrides and were ordered to heave to by the gunboat. A lending seaman boarded the Lucida, which immediately sped off at full speed; ́.
