JUDGMENT GIVEN FOR MR. W. G. FISCHER

Judgment. has been given by Mr. Justice Lindsell for Mr. W. G. Fischer in the care in which he claimed damages from the International Dyoing and Drycleaning Company, Wyndham Street, in respect of cloth ing which the company was alleged to have washed with soap and water instead of dry-cleaning.

Mr. Justice Lindsell found that the evidence had established the plain- tiff's ease, and gave judgment for the | amount of depreciation which clothing had suffered.
