Craigengower and Recreio, all auffering defeats in the First Division, and the K.B.G.C. Bec-| ond string losing in the Second Division, there were enough sur- prises pulled out of hat in the Bowls League on Saturday to keep, a conjurer interested.
The effect on the league tables was inconsiderable, except that Civil Service in both sections im-j proved their positions and are now strong challengers in Division 2!
The Recrois definitely bade fare- well to their championships aspira- tions in the senior section.
