amateur photographers.

The Prizes will be awarded to the competitors in what are adjudged to be the best Bending photographs in each Section. (Section entered to be marked on the back of each picture) and which reach this Office not later than 31st August, 1983. The decision of the Judges. shall be final.

3-The right to publish any or all of the entries

in the Telegraph is reserved. 4.--Photographs which have been already entered
