Sergeant Mcinnis charged the driver of one of the Aberdeen buses, with failing to provide his vehicle with two independent and efficient brakes. The officer stat- ed that he was driving a lorry on Lhe the Pokfulam Road near University recreation ground when the bus rounded a corner. The driver was unable to stop and collided with the lorry. An examination revealed that the brakes were ineffective.
