RESULTS
(By "Bully-O£"). TWO further matches in the
Mamak Hockey toura-. ment were played yesterday evening, when the Police de- feated the Royal Engineers- this being their second suc- cess in the current tourney- and the R. A. S. C., overcame H.M.S. Tamar.
In both games the result de- pended on the odd goal and in neither match was there any pronounced superiority. On the run of the play 'u division of spoils would have perhaps, provided fairer results.

The Police defeated the R.E. team by two goals to one at Suok- unpoo yesterday. The game was of a fast and exciting nature each goal being visited in turn, although the while was continally being blown for offside, due to the R.E. defenders exploiting the one back game. The R.E. were the first to open the scoring with a shot from Hayden the inside right which the police goal keeper stopped with the his pads, but unluckily let ball through. About ten minutes later Harris replied for the police with a flick shoi. There was no further score before half time.
Ten minutes after tho com- mencement of the second half Ghulam Mohamad scored the second goal for the Police. It was during this half that the R.E. pressed the police goal keeper so that he had to clear the ball by pushing it round the posta eorner several times in for sucession before the ball was leleared.
