The following rules will govern the Competition— 1.The Competition is confined exclusively

That it is even more thrilling and dramatic than Dracula, is quite sufflelent to vindicate its reputation. I havo not yet seen the film, and so can give no personal guide to ita ap- peal either as an entertainment or As an example of modern cinoma. Nevertheless the cast re-assures me on the score of acting. With Boris Karloff and Colin Clive in the leads, there is not the slightest doubt that some remarkably fine acting will be scen. Boris Karloff played an insignificant part in The Miracle Man, though what ho had to do, ho did well.
