Evidence of the legal advice Cheng Kwok-yau, sought by

and Sydney Edward Zimmern Christie three days prior to the murder of George Fung, was given by Messrs. Edgar Davidson, C. Y. Kwon and M. W. Lo at the resum- ed hearing before Mr. Wynne Jones, at the Central Police Court yesterday afternoon, of the case in which Cheng Kwok-ynu in charged of with instigating the murder Fung.

Mr. R. E. Lindsell (Assistant Attorney General) said that, with the permission of als Worship and the consent of Mr. Brution, he pro- posed to call the three Bolicitors whose names had been mentioned in the ease. They were appearing under subpoena.

Mr. Edgar Davidson, a partner in the firm of Mesars. Hastings, first Dennys and Bowley, was elli.

Mr. Lindsell: Do you recognise either or both of these two young Christie) men (Zimmern and standing here, one with spectacles and the other without?-They are very like two men I have seen but I could not awear they are the men.
