CAER CLARK CUT SUCCESS FOR C.B.A. LADIES.

The Central British Association Jadles hockey team accomplished an excellent performance in defeating tho Club de Recreio in the Caer Clark Eup by five goals to one on Saturday, The G.B.A. thoroughly deserved this pronounced cuccess, as they were always the more effectual team when on the attack, and enjoyed three quarters of the exchanges.

D. Pinguet, who throughout played a sterling game for the winners, opened the scoring, with a fast ground shot, this being the one and only goal in the first half,

After the change over, the Recrolo made several changes in their forward line, and they had an immediate effect, C. Silva rounding off a neat move ment with a good shot.

After this reverse mathing could stop the C.B.A., who first of all re- gained the load through D. Hunt, and then went further ahead through G. MacNider and P. Hunt (twice),

Hongkong Ladlea Trial.

In a scrappy game at King's Park on Saturday, H.M.S. Kent defonted the Y.M.C.A., by two clear goals. The game was completely marrod by infringements and the continual use of the whistle by the referes.

There was no score at the Interval, but the navy men scored twice after the change over, though it was all against the run of the play,

Burnon, Tate and Parker were the plek of the Y.M.C.A team, who deserved anything but defeat.
