The driver of the bus, Ng Ming, said that his vehicle left Hongkong at 12.45 p.m., on its way to Aber- deen. At about 1 p.m., after turn- ing the bend near the Aberdeen Dock, witness saw two girls some, | thirty yarda ahead walking to- |wards Aberdeen on the left hand side of the road, about four feet from the side. Seeing that the girls were too far out into the roud to be safe, witness sounded his horn He was then travelling at about fifteen miles an hour.
