That can be under- stood if you play in your own place with your own friends, but it is difficult to understand what you mean when a man, such as the accused and a laundry boy play to- gether. Does it mean that the man would take the boy by the ear and say "Come along John'? You allege nothing in particular, and put something which is very gen eral.
