Bernard Joseph Carnell appeared on remand before Mr. Grantham at the Central Magistracy yesterday afternoon, when the hearing was proceeded with on a number of charges, including the obtaining of goods by means of fraud and the uttering of a forged cheque at the Fiat Garage at No. 67, Des Voeux Road Central, un April 3.
