Following the postal ban im- posed by the District Kuomintang on the Peking and Tientsin Times, copies of which malled abroad have repeatedly been confiscated, the Chinese censors yesterday seized six copies of the China Year Book, which is published by the Times, addressed to Los An- geles University of International Relations.
