Tokyo, Dec. 28. The Diet was convened this morning, the formal opening in the presence of the Emperor, being on December 26. The Diet will ad- journ for the New Year recess on the following day and re-open on January 21.

Since the Hanworth Club opened on 31st August there has beca a continuous influx of new members. The Hull Aero Club, which was started by National Flying Services on October 11th, succeeded in flying a total of 87 hours during its first month, despite cnused by bad interruptions weather.
