METHOD. Place water and the syrup from the tin in a saucepan. Add the sugar, stir til bolling. Add peaches, and continue to cook until the pieces of peach look quite clear. Pour into a basin and let the mixture get cold. Place the gelatine in a basin, pour over the mlik, and soak for half an hour. Place basin over a plan of boiling water to melt the gelatine. Mix together the contents of both basins and pour the whole into a glass dish. Pour the cream into a basin and whisk lightly. When the froth rises skim and place on a hair sleve to drain away the milk. Continue this until the cream is used up. Pile this high on the top of the mixture in the glass dish.

This recipe is only one of a delight- ful series contained in our dainty booklet "The Cream of Creams." May we send you a copy? Phone Nestles, C.1878.

How fast should film be?)

It must be faat, of course as "Kodak' film is. But after a certain point film: can only be mada speedier by sacrificing certain qualities that are essential to the making of good pictures. For instance, If 'Kodak' film were any faster than it is, it would be fiokle in temper. You would not be able to take such perfect snapshots. alike in brilliant sunlight and under cloudy skies. Your negatives would be either over-exposed or under-exposed, and your prints would either be flat and

lifeless or look like a mixture of soot and whitewash. This essential property that 'Kokak film has of accommodating itself. to varying conditions of light, and thus correcting possible errors of exposure, is what is technically known as 'latitude." Freakishly fast film cannot show you this kindly indulgence. Here then is one sound reason why you should uso only 'Kodak film--the film that is known all over the world as the dependable film in the yellow carton.'
