ONLY ONE MATCH PLAYED
OFF YESTERDAY. ·
Of the two matches down for do- cision in the Water Polo League yes- terday evening, only one match was played, this being the one between K.0.5.B. "A" and the Royal Navy, which ended in a win for the latter by two goals to one.
The match was, inclined to be scrappy throughout. There was not much to choose between the two teams, but the winners showed better combination, although at times the milltary Lear were decidedly unlucky. The naval team drew first blood, Salth swimming in with the ball after a scramble at ganl The first half ended with the Navy leading by one goal, and not long after the resumption, the Navy scored again, this time through Minty.
The military players showed better. understanding of one another's play after this, and succeeded in scoring. Finlayson netting with a well-placed nhót.
Only one match is down for do- elsion to-day, this being between Kowloon "B" and V.R.C. “B,”
