An interesting military wedding took place at St. John's Cathedral on Monday afternoon, when Miss Ruth Exham, daughter of Col. S. F. Exham. D.S.O., R.A.0.C., China Command, and Mrs. Exham, became the bride of Mr. J. R. Laing, inte of the Welch Regiment, W. A. II. Maxwel, of the R.0.3.3., was the "best man" and Miss Heather Monic the bridesmaid. Great Summer Sale.
These pictures, specially taken by the Telegraph, show a striking contrast in the water storage at Tytam Tuk reservoir. That on the left was taken on April 8th, whilst the other was photographed from the same spot on Tuesday last. Marked as the improvement is, there is, as will be seen, capacity for many more million gallons yet.
