Police aspirations to champion- ship honours were brought to an end yesterday afternoon by the K.O.S.B. who scored the only goal in a hard game: The Borderera were the better team from begin- ning to end, showing up well in all departments, and thoroughly deserved their win, though it must be said that the Police were unlucky to lose since the goal wing scored almost directly from a free-kick which should not have been given.

The incident occurred about two minutes before the interval. The ball wassant in Britain's direction about four feet from the ground.
