Recommendations submitted to and sanctioned by the Nanking Military Roorganisation and Dis bandment Conference on Tuesday In connexion with the proposale disbandment of regarding the superfluous naval forces and the abolition of the present Ministry of Navy have met with strong resentiment from the Ministry.

This is indicated by the sudden realgenation of Commander Chen Kwei-liang, head of the First Squadron, and Commander Chan Shao-turn, head of the Second Squadron.

It will be recalled that at the 5th. main session of the Con ference on Tuesday it was decided to abolish the Ministry of Navy and later to form a Navy Dis bandment Office to proceed with demobilisation.
