Furthermore, with regard to Chinese cases, some ten years ago, the Sanitary Board ruted, and the Governor-in-Council agreed, that cases might be nursed at home, provbled that everybody in the house was vaccinated and a notice put up on the front door showing that there was a case of small-pox in the house. The Roard was still willing to allow auch eases to be treated at home, provided the public would play up and report the occurrence of such cases:
