Glasgow, Aug. 17, Mr. William Allan, Secretary of the Lanarkshire Miners' Union and a well-known leader of the Communist movement in the Scot tish "Black Country," again 'ap- peared to-day at a meeting In Glasgow of the Executive of the Scottish Mine Workers' Union, and once more found himself forcibly ejected.
A few weeks ago he met a simi- lar fate, and it was understood that following the incident lip was to be refused admission to further meetings.
He arrived at the meeting to- day and about 20 minutes later Mr. Smith, the Secretary of the Executive, came down the stairs and summoned an inspector and a constable, who were waiting out- side. The officers entered the meeting room, and shortly after wards there were sounds of a scume.
The door opened, and Mr. Allan was seen lying on the floor strug- gling with another member of the Executive. He was dragged out! side. He made no attempt to go back, and went downstairs bathe his face, which bore algna 2 of the scuffle.
