The three new Chivoso Members of the Shanghai Muncipal Council recently were elected at a meeting of Chamber of Commerce. In this group are the three now Councillors, while prominent in the front row are Mr. Yu Yah-ching, Dr. G. T. Wang and Mr. S. 8. Fung.

Filling the thros seats on the Shanghai Municipal Council, the Chinese ratepayers have clacked three of their numbor as Councillors, and also six more to serve on tho Council's advisory committee. The throb now Councillors are in the top row. Thor are: Messrs. Foi Jung-aon, Yuan Li-tung and Chao-Chiu-ching. The ollier six are membera of the advisory committee. They are, middle row: Messrs. Ling Kong-hou, Loo Ming, Chin Jung-ching; bottom row; D. M. Wong, D. §. Chen and Chien Lung-chao,
