The board of directors of the Manila Railroad Company laat and week announced the torms conditions under which it would sell its controlling shares of stock in the Manila Hotel.'
The details as given in a ziren- a of information lasued by the board are:
Sealed bids wil be received at the office of the General Manager, Manila Railroad Company, and there opened in the presence of attending bidders or their re presentatives on October 1, 1927, at 10.30 a.m. for the purchase of 14,330 shares out of a total of 4,500 shares comprising the capital stock of the Manila Hotel Com- pany.
The total assets of the Company, as per last balance, are put at 1,315,752 pesos, but as assessed by the City of Manila are put at 2,407,874 pesos.
Interested parties may Inspect the property at any time and obtain whatever information may be desired from Mr. Walter E. Antrim, Manager.
Among the conditions applying to bids are:--
