ST. PAUL'S BAZAAR.

FIRST TWO PRIZE NOT".

DRAWN

Very gratifying results were obtained by the committee which organised the bazaar in connection with the St. Paul's Girls' School, "the gross receipts amounting to over, $1,500, a figure which is | beyond all expectations. The com- mittee at the outset aimed at raising a sum of $1,000 and the actual amount realised is evidence of the hard work put in by all those concerned, particularly Miss Woo, the headmistress and the students.

Little of what was originally dis- played "was left over after the bazaar closed at seven o'clock last night. At the conclusion of the sale, the tickets, which "had not been drawn by the holders were drawn by the committee under the. supervision of Mr J: M. Wong.

Two of the big-prizes which had not up till that time, heen picked, were, drawn, these being the fifth. and seventh prizes and were won by fickets Nos. 1722 and 406 re- spectively.

The first and second prizes were not drawn by any of the tickets which had been sold, they being included among those which had. not been disposed of.
