Deprived of the full sweats of victory by a refereo who made up his mind at the wrong time, never theless, Jim Cartlidge, in his last appearance before the Hongkong public, put up one of the most magnificent fights of his career, decisively defeated an opponent Afteen years his junior, and gay, the younger generation an object lesson in the sense that he showed that one can never be too old tou learn.
