Property offered by Mr. L. E. S. Hodge at the Auctioneering and Brokering Co. Ltd., yesterday afternoon, attracted only two bid- ders, and the lot was eventually nocked down to Chan Cheung for the sum of $14,200, the upset price being $13,000.

The property, which has an arca of 880 square feet, comprises Section I of Inland Lot, No. 430, with the buildings known as No. 2 Tai Wo Street. The property is held for the unexpired residue of the term of 099 years from 29th day of May, 1855. "
