Miss Lucile Douglass, a former member of the editorial staff of the Shanghai Sunday Times is achieving great success in New York with hor pastels of Chinese waterway soonies. Recently she hold an exhibition at the Anderson Gallerfos, Park Avenue, and her pictures were highly praised by critics. The picture shows Miss Douglass standing before one of the pastels she executed in China.
