I would like to suggest that Inspectors should be engaged to check all house renti. Even with the Rents Ordinace in force landlords have been knowo to evade the Ordinance, because they know that the poor tenants cannot afford to get legal advice and also they are afraid and do not know the way to go about reporting the matter to the proper authorities. These landlords know this and they deal with the 3 April tenants just as they like
Something should be done to at May help the tenants, and I see. Do other way but employing Rent Inspectors.
