consignees are hateby notified that their cargo is being landed at their risk into the hazardous Godowns of Holt's Wharf, and stored at consignees' risk.

Alltraken, chafed and damaged cargo is to be left in the Godowns until Tuesday, October 7th at 2.30 p.m. when they will be examined by Messrs. Carmichael and Clarke.

Claims will not be accepted untess cargo is so examined by said Surveyors prior to the above date. All claims must be present- ed within a month of the steamer's arrival here, after which they will not be recognized. No chims will be admitted after the goods have lett the Godowns. All goods remaining after 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 8th, will be subject to rent

No Fire insurance whatever will be affected. Consignees

are requested to send in their Bills of Lading for countersignature.
