Restrictions To Be Lifted.

Japanese Imperial processions hare hitherto been prohibited to the kinematographer, but as & result of recent consultations be- tween the Imperial Household and the Home Office authorities it has been decided that this reto shall be lifted. In the case of the Emper, however, only photo- graph of the procession will be allowel for the present. os ac- count of his Majesty not being quite well.
