Taking advantage of the pre- sent quiet time in shipbuilding ciroles, Mr. Trevisa Clarke, re- presenting Messrs. Swan, Hunter, and Wigham Richardson and Co., Newcastle, has loft Liverpool for what will resolve itself into practically a tour of the world.
